    He gets more money than the other two because of the CCTV cameras facing those giving him money. People want to be notice when they help others. The other two beggars dpnts have CCTV cameras to capture their givers that's why they have less money

    The reason is because the man receiving more money is blind (he is a needy) compared to the other two men who are just lazy people(have no excuse begging)
